Suresh brings more than three decades of leadership expertise from prominent global IT and technology giants, including Dell, IBM, and Wipro. His vast experience encompasses successfully implementing revenue-boosting and profit-improvement strategies, cultivating sustainable multi-billion-dollar global revenue channels, nurturing and expanding next-generation IT ventures, forging robust customer alliances and strategic partnerships, overseeing acquisitions and divestitures, orchestrating successful corporate turnarounds, and assembling top-tier, high-performing teams.

Suresh is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Karan is a seasoned entrepreneur with a remarkable track record in the private equity sector spanning over a decade. During this time, he served at a specialized private equity firm in Santa Monica, California, where he orchestrated the creation of over $450 million in investor value through strategic divestitures and leveraged buyouts of businesses under his direct operational supervision.

As the Founder and Managing Partner of Kriya Capital since 2013, Karan has been instrumental in both investing in and nurturing a diverse portfolio of assets. These assets encompass various sectors, including Business Process Outsourcing, Receivables Management, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS).

Sudhir takes pride in a remarkable career spanning more than three decades, boasting expertise in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, Wealth Management, Real Estate, and Ventures. His impressive qualifications include certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Enrolled Agent (EA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and he holds security licenses with FINRA & SEC.

Prior to his current ventures, Sudhir served as the AVP & Head of Finance at Infosys Technologies, a renowned IT company. In 2008, he ventured into entrepreneurship by founding Global Value Add, Inc dba MyTaxFiler and myStartUpCFO. Notably, between 2021 and 2022, he achieved a successful exit from his tax, accounting, and wealth management businesses. Currently, Sudhir holds the position of Managing Partner at SuMa Monde Kapital & Ventures and is a distinguished member of the Forbes Finance Council.

Vishwesh boasts over 15 years of industry expertise within the technology domain, excelling as both a product leader and astute investor. His illustrious career includes leadership roles at renowned companies such as ServiceNow, Amazon, and Samsung.

He has made strategic investments in more than 20 enterprises, successfully guiding three of them to IPO exits.

His educational background features an alumni status at North Carolina State University, complemented by an MBA from UC Berkeley’s prestigious Haas School of Business.

Bhuvan possesses close to a decade of professional experience in the Finance and Accounts sector. Holding qualifications as a Chartered Accountant in both India and the UK, he further enhances his credentials as a business finance analyst accredited by ICAEW (UK). Bhuvan’s exceptional career includes his role as the head of finance for one of the Brigade Group’s most significant projects, along with stints at renowned organizations such as Embassy Group, SAP, and Prestige Group.

He has extensive expertise in overseeing Investor Relations, Fundraising, and Finance operations. Additionally, his impressive professional portfolio is underscored by his impressive qualifications, encompassing CA (Chartered Accountant), BFP (Business Finance Professional), and ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant).

Disha is a highly accomplished professional, holding the prestigious title of Chartered Accountant in India, and she has further strengthened her financial acumen by successfully completing CFA Level 2. With over five years of experience in the field, Disha has dedicated the past 2.5 years of her career to the intricate realms of Investment Banking (IB) and Venture Capital (VC).

Her exceptional career highlights include collaborating closely with senior leadership at McDonald’s in India, where she played a pivotal role in evaluating various acquisition opportunities. Beyond her work with this renowned brand, Disha has demonstrated her prowess in curating and sourcing private market deals, amassing a portfolio worth in excess of $60 million. These deals have been tailored to meet the unique investment needs of prominent family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) across a diverse range of sectors, including F&B, BPC, FinTech, RetailTech, EV, Social Commerce, and Fem-Tech.

Tarun holds the pivotal role of Marketing and Sales Manager at SMK Ventures, where he has been instrumental in driving the company’s success. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the esteemed Singapore Institute of Management, laying the foundation for his impressive career.

Following his academic achievements, Tarun embarked on a dynamic career journey, beginning with a prominent marketing agency in Singapore. Throughout his professional trajectory, he has had the privilege of collaborating with an extensive portfolio of clients spanning diverse industries across India, Singapore, and the USA.

Tarun’s expertise encompasses a wide array of marketing disciplines, including digital advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), email campaigns, and branding. Arindam Mukherjee is an accomplished individual with a remarkable track record, amassing eight years of dedicated experience in the finance and accounting realm. Arindam’s academic foundation includes an MBA from the prestigious IMT Ghaziabad, which has been instrumental in shaping his flourishing career.
